Hand reared white turkey grown from a day old at the farm. Your turkey will be prepared for you ready for the oven. Traditional giblets will be bagged and supplied inside the bird which can be used for the perfect stock or stuffing
Bronze Turkey Prices (£3.90 per Lb)
Our variety of '91 Bronze is the more traditional black feathered turkey. Carters turkeys are hung for at least a week to tenderise and give you that succulent taste on Xmas Day

For those who don't like fresh turkey, our farm fresh cockerels are reared up to a maximum of 14Lbs. They are also hand reared in conditions to reduce stress and assure a better meal
Turkey Crown Prices (£5 per Lb)
Turkey Crowns are available from our breed of white turkeys with breast meat only, for those who don't eat the red meat. We also do boneless rolled turkey. Please ask for availability and prices.
